Subscriptions

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lunamora. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel during the free month, you are not charged.

I paid but Premium is locked

In Lunamora, open You and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Where are my logs stored?

Only on your iPhone. There is no account, and your cycle logs are never sent to us.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

Your Lunamora data moves with your iPhone backup or transfer. You can also export it any time in You > Your data > Export my data.

How do I delete everything?

In You, tap Erase everything. To delete the usage data or email contact we hold, write to privacy@lunamora.app. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The moon side

What is a lunar fertility return?

It is the day each month when the Sun and Moon stand at the same angle as on the night you were born, the moon phase you were born under. The idea comes from the Jonas method, a tradition from astrology. Lunamora shows when that day falls and whether it lands inside your fertile window.

Why does my birth time matter?

The Moon moves about 13 degrees a day, so your birth time sets your Moon sign, your Rising sign and the exact time of your returns. If you do not know it, Lunamora uses noon and leaves out your Rising sign and houses, which need the exact time.

Can I use Lunamora to avoid pregnancy?

No. Lunamora is not birth control. The moon content sits beside your fertile window and never replaces it.
