Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and SIA MAD Digital (reg. no. 50203495251, Latvia), the maker of Lunamora. By using Lunamora you accept them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app. Where the two differ, these terms apply between you and us.

Who can use Lunamora

You must be 18 or older.

What Lunamora is, and is not

Lunamora combines a cycle and fertility tracker with astrology and moon tradition. The astrology content, including your birth chart, lunar fertility returns, readings and rituals, is offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is not science and does not predict health outcomes.

Free plan and Premium

Lunamora is free to use, with tracking, daily readings and your next lunar returns. Premium adds more features and is sold through the App Store:

• Monthly: $5.99 a month
• Yearly: $29.99 a year, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers
• Lifetime: $69.99, one payment

Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

We may change Premium's price or features. A price change for an existing subscription follows Apple's rules, which include telling you first.

Your data

What you log stays on your iPhone. You are responsible for keeping it, for example through your iPhone backups, and you can export it at any time in You > Your data. Our Privacy Policy explains the limited data we do receive.

Using Lunamora fairly

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its content, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law. Lunamora's design, text, rituals, readings and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You may share your own results, such as your birth moon card.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Lunamora accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, without promising it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems are quick to fix.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. You can stop using Lunamora at any time by deleting it; remember to cancel any subscription in Settings, because deleting the app does not cancel it.
